Recycling

Cardboard and paper is recognisable by the majority of people to be recyclable so they generally know it can be put in the kerbside waste for collection by the local authorities.

However a great number of consumers have no idea where to put any form of plastic packaging, it usually ends up in landfill unless the local authority have specific contracts or facilities for recycling, so why use it.

Also, this solution looks great and the paper tissue protects enough for it to withstand a 900mm drop test.
