The challenge here from Andy Dobson was to protect a jar of chutney through the eCommerce journey.

Glass is never a good traveller . However it can be done without any bubblewrap etc.

We should always try and remove plastic from the supply chains and avoid it getting into the oceans etc.

This is how I did it.

Result is a happy client and fully recyclable cardboard. It’s also made from recycled materials.

This pack also survived a 900mm drop test so is potentially Amazon 6 ISTA compliant.
